How a Pilot with Accredify looks like
Pilot partnerships with Accredify are anchored on three guiding principles:
Each pilot consists of a Pre-Pilot, Pilot and Post- Pilot stage:
Pre-Pilot Stage
Identify Key Business Problem Area
Through preliminary discussions with the Executive Sponsor, we will jointly identify a key business problem area. The Executive Sponsor is the partner’s pilot owner.
Identify Client Staffing Team
Based on the identified key business problem, Accredify and the Executive Sponsor will finalise the client staffing team based on the following roles:

Scoping Workshop
Together with the client staffing team, Accredify and partner will engage in an exploratory workshop to align on the objectives and requirements of the pilot. In this stage, we may also conduct user interviews with our Product Team to better understand the problem. We will also share a comprehensive proposal containing essential information, including the problem statement, gap analysis of the challenge, and user journey maps.

Identify Client Staffing Team
Based on the identified key business problem, Accredify and the Executive Sponsor will finalise the client staffing team based on the following roles:

- Executive Sponsor (1)
- Technical Lead (1)
- Business Project Lead (1)*
- Business Users (4-8)

In this stage, we may also conduct user interviews with our Product Team to better understand the problem. We will also share a comprehensive proposal containing essential information, including the problem statement, gap analysis of the challenge, and user journey maps.
Pilot Stage
Once the goals of the pilot have been aligned, the pilot stage will officially commence, consisting of 3 phases:
Throughout the pilot, from Rollout onwards, regular reviews will be held to ensure both Accredify and partner are on track with meeting the goals of the pilot.
Post Pilot
At the end of the pilot, Accredify will collect feedback from the partner team. The data gathered will enable us to generate a performance report that covers:
- Successes and learnings from the pilot
- Recommendations on how to operationalise the solution for scale
- Recommendations on how to optimise the solution for other use cases
- Suggestions on integrating verifiable credentials into other workflows
As partners become familiar with verifiable credentials, they are often able to identify opportunities to further streamline existing processes. Here, partners can continue working with Accredify to enable broader implementations of the pilot.
